Standard and Professional include one reusable My Voice. Creating or replacing My Voice does not use credits in V1; speech generated with My Voice uses the normal 2 credits per voice generation.

Voice generation uses 2 credits. Final mixing does not use extra credits, but remix access depends on your package. Standard includes 500 credits, which gives about 250 voice generations.

A sung jingle uses 10 credits per generation because it creates a vocal music track, not just a spoken voice recording.

No! Your credits never expire. Use them whenever you want, at your own pace.

Yes. All audio you create comes with a commercial license. Use it for radio, ads, podcasts, YouTube, DJ drops, or business promos.

A purchased credit pack may be eligible for a refund within 7 days only if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. We do not generally provide partial cash refunds for unused balances after successful AI generation. If credits were deducted because of a failed generation or system error, contact us for credit restoration or review.

Core Voices are included in Free and Starter. Premium Voices unlock on Standard. Professional includes the same Premium Voices as Standard, with more credits for high-volume use.

Free users can generate up to 300 characters per script. Starter supports up to 500 characters. Standard and Professional support up to 1000 characters per script.

Free users can create 1 final mix per voice generation. Starter includes 10 final mixes per voice generation. Standard and Professional include unlimited remixing and re-export after each new voice generation.

All paid packs include browser-based audio editing and export benefits for polishing generated audio. Starter includes 10 audio edit exports per day. Standard and Professional include unlimited audio edit exports.

Free projects are kept for 7 days. Starter keeps generated audio for 30 days. Standard keeps it for 90 days. Professional keeps it for 180 days.

Yes. Package unlocks are permanent. If you buy Standard or Professional once, that unlock stays on your account even after credits are used. Later, you can buy a smaller Starter pack for extra credits and your highest unlocked access still applies.

No subscriptions! All packages are one-time payments. Buy credits when you need them.
