All credit purchases on AI Jingle Maker are final and non-refundable.
Credits are virtual goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

We encourage all users to fully test our service with the 2 free credits provided upon registration before making any purchase.
This allows you to create up to 5 complete jingles and evaluate the quality of our AI voices and music composition before committing to a paid package.
Exceptions
While we generally do not offer refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following cases:
- ✓Technical Issues: If a bug on our end causes you to lose credits without receiving the service.
- ✓Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase.
- ✓Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization.
In these cases, we may offer credit compensation or, in rare circumstances, a refund at our discretion.
