AI Jingle Maker sells digital credits for AI audio generation. Credits are added to your account immediately after purchase and can be used to create jingles, DJ drops, radio ads, and sung jingles.
A purchased credit pack may be eligible for a refund within 7 days only if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. We do not generally provide partial cash refunds for the unused balance of a credit pack after any successful AI generation has been made.
Refunds may be available within 7 days only when the purchased credit pack has not been used at all.
Once any credits from a purchased pack are used for successful AI generation, that purchase is generally not refundable.
If credits were deducted due to a system error or failed generation, we may restore credits or provide credit compensation.
New users receive free credits to test the workflow, voice quality, music options, and final audio output before purchasing a paid credit pack.
