4.1 Permitted Use

• Generate AI voices from text input (up to 125 characters per generation)
• Create audio compositions using our music library
• Download and use generated content for commercial and personal purposes
• Store and manage your audio projects within the platform

4.2 Service Limitations

• AI voice generation requires credits (2 credits per generation)
• Text input is limited to 125 characters per generation
• Service availability may be subject to maintenance and updates
• Generated content quality depends on AI model capabilities

5.1 Credits System

• AI voice generation costs 2 credits per use
• Audio composition and MP3 downloads are free
• New users receive 10 welcome credits upon registration
• Credits never expire once purchased
• Credits are non-transferable

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Creem payment processor
• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required before credits are added to your account
• We do not store your payment card information

6.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to use our service to generate content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• NSFW, sexually explicit, or inappropriate for general audiences
• Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Defamatory, libelous, or violating privacy rights
• Promoting violence, hatred, or illegal activities
• Impersonating others or creating misleading content

6.2 AI Safety Measures

Our AI models (powered by ElevenLabs) include built-in safety measures that automatically reject inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content requests. These safety systems are designed to prevent the generation of prohibited content.

6.3 Content Monitoring

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these Terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7.1 Platform Ownership

AI Jingle Maker, including its website, software, AI models, music library, and all related technology, is owned by aijinglemaker.net and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Generated Content Rights

• You retain ownership of the text content you input into our system
• You receive a commercial license to use the audio content you generate
• Generated audio may be used for commercial and personal purposes
• You may not resell or redistribute our AI models or music library

7.3 Third-Party Rights

Our service uses ElevenLabs AI technology and licensed music. You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of these third parties and use generated content in accordance with applicable licenses.

8.1 Third-Party Processing

Your text input is processed by ElevenLabs AI for voice generation. Please review our Privacy Policy and ElevenLabs' privacy policy for details on data handling.

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of our service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your use of the service.

10.1 Service Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aijinglemaker.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, but generated content may remain accessible for download for a limited time.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for other legitimate business reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Shenzhen, China.
